Thanks for all the feedback, guys!!! Here is my one comment response to all of you dudes :)

Luke: excellent point...I feel like some worship leaders are into it and others aren't. I could probably guess which ones that I play with would or would not use that line. So for those against the sloppiness I guess it couldn't hurt to repeat verse 1 again ;)

Jason: Absolutely. The power and truth of the words is there, which makes it worth implementing somehow.

Austin: Definitely a good point. I bet there are a lot of sings we sing all the time now that were complicated at first to sing along to. If the potential is there, it's certainly worth teaching to the congregation!

Andy: DUUUUDE! Awesome service and song. Totally helpful. I am curious as to what type of setting this was in. Is this your weekly service? The production is great. Lots of camera angles and everything. Very sweet.

hey man...
we do this song all the time and the congregation loves it. we do the original version by john mark mcmilian. if you want an idea of how it goes for us it's the last song in this weeks video, it's right at the end.

hey david,
i would either use it as a response song, or (i don't know how your service is set up) as a song to be played during the offering. either way, i agree. it's not so much a sing-a-long as it is something to ponder. this of course makes it no less powerful in my mind.

godspeed,
